What does the customer need to do?
If there’s any mistake or damage, tell us within 14 days of getting your order.
Under what circumstances do you offer returns and refunds?
If it’s our mistake, we’ll fix it by refunding you or arranging a return. If it’s not our fault, we can refund you but won’t cover return postage. Items must be in their original packaging. We’re not responsible for damages not reported to us. We won’t take back opened or used items unless there’s an issue with the product.
How long do I have to return items?
You have 14 days from receiving your order.
When can I expect a refund?
Once the return has been received, your refund will be processed which could take up to 5 – 10 working days.
